I recorded an LP earlier and when I went back to edit the footage I found that my microphone audio was only n the left channel and game sounds were in the right channel on all 3 presets! (Game sounds weren't recorded on #2, just mic but it was still only in the left ear). I used channel #1 as streaming sound for simplicity and the other 2 when doing local recordings so I had some flexibility in post to add stuff like compression and EQ if needed. I had it setup to record audio on 3 stereo tracks:ġ) Mic (sent as mono to both sides) and stereo game sounds.
My computer upgraded itself to Windows 10 the other night and everything is going well except I noticed that my videos are now recording audio differently than before.
